Premium Construction

The kiln is constructed from durable low thermal insulation brick with two high-grade backup insulation boards, all enclosed within a high-quality pressed steel and powder-coated frame. The brick-to-brick door seal ensures a flush fit with no fibre seals that deteriorate, delivering reliable heat retention over time.

Efficient Heating Design

Kanthal A1 elements are embedded into the grooved brickwork of the side walls and the kiln floor, ensuring uniform heat distribution throughout the chamber. This system provides consistent results while minimising heat loss. A door spy hole and flue vent with manual damper are included as standard (automated dampers available as an upgrade).
