Covered
- Manufacturing defects
- Electrical faults arising from manufacture
- Faulty components or materials
- Faults present on or shortly after delivery
Not Covered
- Damage caused by misuse or neglect
- Damage caused by improper installation
- Use beyond the product's intended purpose

Please note: consumable parts such as drive belts, brushes, and batt pins are subject to normal wear and may not be covered under warranty. If you're unsure whether your issue is covered, contact us and we'll advise.

All warranty claims are handled directly by our team. Please email support@kilncrafts.co.uk with the following information:
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- A description of the fault or issue
- Photos or video showing the problem, if possible
- The date you first noticed the issue
Once we've reviewed your claim, we'll provide a clear timeline for inspection and repair. All repairs are carried out by our team and the product returned to you at no cost.
Your Rights Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015
Our warranty is offered in addition to your statutory rights, which are not affected. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if a product is found to be faulty, you have the right to request either a repair or a replacement — however, this is not an absolute right to choose one over the other.
As the trader, we have the right to choose the most proportionate remedy. If a replacement would be significantly more costly or burdensome than a repair, we may reasonably carry out a repair first — provided it is completed within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to you.
Your rights work in tiers depending on when the fault is reported:
1. Within 30 days of purchase
You can reject the item and demand a full refund. A repair or replacement is also available at this stage.
2. Between 30 days and 6 months
You are entitled to a repair or replacement. We as the trader may determine which is the proportionate remedy. If a repair fails or is not possible, a replacement or refund then becomes appropriate.
3. After 6 months
Similar rights apply, but the burden shifts to the customer to demonstrate that the fault existed at the time of purchase.
