Potterycrafts Heatworker 135L. 40A hardwired or 3-phase 15A. Optional CERA-10+ controller. Free UK delivery.

Requires a dedicated 40A single-phase supply (or 3-phase 15A/phase). Call 01202 144142 before ordering.

More Capacity, Same Premium Engineering

The Heatworker 135 is the same technical specification as the Heatworker 90 — tube-mounted elements, 1320°C maximum, Type R thermocouple — scaled up to 135 litres for studios and schools that need greater firing capacity without compromising the engineering quality of the Heatworker system.

At 135 litres, you're firing meaningful production loads, running substantial educational programmes, or handling the output of a studio that fires regularly at both low and high temperatures. The extra depth in the internal dimensions (44cm deep vs 36.5cm for the 90L) gives you more room for larger pieces and more flexible shelf configurations.

Requires a 40A single-phase hardwired supply (or 3-phase at 15A per phase on request). At 290kg, this is a substantial kiln — call us before ordering and we'll help you plan for delivery, installation, and electrical requirements.

The Heatworker 135 Is Right For You If

  • You need more than 90 litres and want the Heatworker specification
  • You fire at 1320°C and need more than 90 litres of chamber space
  • You run a professional studio or school with high firing output
  • You want tube-mounted element advantages at a larger capacity
  • You're investing in a long-term kiln for serious, regular use

What the Heatworker 135 Delivers

Tube-Mounted Element System

The Heatworker range uses a tube-mounted element system — elements are suspended in free air inside ceramic tubes, rather than sitting in grooves cut into the brickwork. This delivers several meaningful advantages: higher maximum temperature (1320°C vs 1300°C for grooved systems), easier element replacement without disturbing the brickwork, no grooves weakening the chamber walls, reduced stress on elements from thermal expansion, and radiant heat entering the chamber more directly. It's the engineering distinction that makes the Heatworker the premium choice in the Potterycrafts front-loading range.

135-Litre Professional Chamber

50% more capacity than the Heatworker 90 with the same tubed element specification. Internal dimensions of 41.5cm wide × 44cm deep × 69cm high give you a tall, practical chamber for mixed loads at multiple shelf levels. At 135 litres, you have room for large pieces, ambitious batch loads, and the flexibility to configure the chamber exactly as your work requires.

Made in the Potteries

Designed and built in Stoke-on-Trent — the historic heart of British ceramics. Potterycrafts are among Europe's best-selling kiln brands, with a reputation built on consistent quality and long-term reliability. All spare parts are stocked at the Stoke factory, ensuring you're not reliant on international supply chains for ongoing service and maintenance.

Compatible with CERA-10+ and CERA-10+ WiFi controllers. At 135 litres, the WiFi controller is particularly recommended — monitoring overnight firings or long stoneware cycles remotely gives you peace of mind without requiring you to be present.
