A professional front-loading kiln built for small to medium studios that want more depth than the 50L — the extra 13 litres makes a noticeable difference to load flexibility. 66L of firing space, 1300 degrees C maximum, high-grade spiral wound elements, and Kilns and Furnaces engineering that serious studios rely on.

  • 1300°C maximum: The full ceramic firing range — earthenware, stoneware, and porcelain — all within the Falcon.
  • Electro-mechanical door interlock: UK-compliant safety system prevents door opening during operation.

The Right Size for Your Studio

The Falcon 65L adds 13 litres of depth over the 50L, giving a more square chamber profile (38x38x46cm) that improves flexibility when loading pieces of varying widths. The 65L is also available with a 3-phase supply option, giving studios with existing 3-phase access a more efficient electrical connection.

The Falcon range is built around a consistent engineering philosophy across all sizes: highly thermally efficient construction with high-grade spiral wound elements in both the sidewall and the base, a UK-compliant electro-mechanical door interlock, over-temperature kiln lining protection, and ventilation cooling ports as standard. The same quality of construction applies at every size in the range.

Every Falcon from Kiln Crafts comes complete with the Stafford ST215C digital controller as standard, giving you full programmable control over ramp rates, target temperatures, and hold times. Every Falcon kiln is built for efficiency — optimised heat retention and distribution throughout the chamber. High-grade spiral wound elements are fitted to both the sidewall and the base for even heat coverage across the full firing volume. Consistent results, lower electricity consumption per firing cycle, and quality that holds up over thousands of firings.

UK-Compliant Safety Systems

The electro-mechanical door interlock prevents the door from opening during a firing — UK-compliant and engineered to protect both the operator and the work inside. An over-temperature kiln lining protection system provides an additional layer of safety. Ventilation cooling ports allow controlled post-firing cooling and gas venting. An instrument socket is included, compatible with the full Kilns and Furnaces controller range.

ST215C Digital Controller Included

Included as standard — programmable control over the firing cycle — ramp rates, target temperatures, and hold periods across up to 32 segments. Precise enough for the most technically demanding ceramic applications, clear enough for everyday use. Full UK spares service and maintenance contracts available for every Falcon kiln for long-term operational reliability.
