The Falcon 190L combines the depth of the 160L (61cm) with the height of the 170L (68cm) ā the largest internal volume in the 72cm external footprint. At 191 litres and 11.4kW, this is the maximum capacity before the external width steps up. If you want the most from this footprint, the 190L is the answer.
The Falcon range is built around a consistent engineering philosophy across all sizes: highly thermally efficient construction with high-grade spiral wound elements in both the sidewall and the base, a UK-compliant electro-mechanical door interlock, over-temperature kiln lining protection, and ventilation cooling ports as standard. The same quality of construction applies at every size in the range.
The TCS2 series controller is available as an optional addition giving you 32 programmable firing segments for full control over ramp rates, target temperatures, and hold times. Kilns and Furnaces provide a full UK spares service and maintenance contracts for long-term support.
Every Falcon kiln is built for efficiency ā optimised heat retention and distribution throughout the chamber. High-grade spiral wound elements are fitted to both the sidewall and the base for even heat coverage across the full firing volume. Consistent results, lower electricity consumption per firing cycle, and quality that holds up over thousands of firings.
The electro-mechanical door interlock prevents the door from opening during a firing ā UK-compliant and engineered to protect both the operator and the work inside. An over-temperature kiln lining protection system provides an additional layer of safety. Ventilation cooling ports allow controlled post-firing cooling and gas venting. An instrument socket is included, compatible with the full Kilns and Furnaces controller range.
