Before you book
Is the call really free?
Yes, completely. There's no obligation to buy anything from us. We offer the call because the right advice saves everyone time — including us.
How long does it take?
Around 20 minutes for most people. If you have a more complex situation — multiple kilns, a larger studio setup — it might run a little longer.
Do I need to know anything before the call?
Not at all. If you can tell us roughly what you make, where the kiln will go, and your budget, we can take it from there. We're used to talking with complete beginners.
What if I'm not ready to buy yet?
That's fine. Some people book a call months before they're ready to purchase. We'd rather you have the right information early than rush a decision you'll regret.
Do you only sell kilns you carry in stock?
We stock a wide range and can also advise on lead times for specific models. If we think a kiln we don't stock is a better fit for you, we'll tell you that too.
Can I send photos of my space beforehand?
Absolutely — it actually helps a lot. Email them to [email protected] before the call and we'll have a look before we speak.
